Swiss Life has been named provider of the “Best Pension Solutions” at the HR Awards 2005, presented by HR One in Luxembourg.
For the third consecutive year, Swiss Life has been recognised as Best Pensions Solutions provider by the Luxembourg HR professionals polled by HR One. Despite having twice previously won, Swiss Life, which is also the local market leader, has not rested on its laurels but has continued to deliver excellence in service.
This year’s HR Conference took place on 16 November 2005 and was opened by Mr François Biltgen, Luxembourg Minister of Labour and Employment. Mrs Concetta Lanciaux, Advisor to the Chairman & CEO LVMH, Group Executive Vice President in charge of Synergies & Human Resources, gave a presentation on the evolution of Human Resources towards Human Capital, and also took part in a debate with local economic journalists. The conference was closed by Maddy Mulheims Senior Advisor, Ministry for Equal Opportunities, who encouraged HR managers to actively promote equality between men and women in the workplace.
Close to 400 HR professionals gathered at the conference and following networking cocktail.
The HR Awards 2005 honoured outstanding professionals and companies in the field of services to human resource professionals. Recipients were announced during the Luxembourg HR Awards Dinner & Gala, which followed the conference and cocktail.
HR One provides a platform for services providers to HR professionals through an Internet portal dedicated to HR topics, an annual guide for HR managers and a weekly e-newsletter and various conferences.
