In this 50th anniversary year of the Swiss Life Network, we know that it is your ongoing loyalty and confidence that have made us a leading global employee benefits provider today. Thank you for your trust in us. I look forward to expressing my appreciation in person at our International Employee Benefits Conference in Flims this September. This issue of the Newsletter contains details on the IEBC, and your personal invitation is now on its way to you.
How can we ensure continuing success in today’s fast-changing, highly competitive market? Our recipe for success over the past 50 years has always stayed the same: we put our clients and business partners at the centre of everything we do, now and in the long-term. There are several illustrations of this in these pages.
Effective customer focus includes being innovative and highly efficient. While we will continue to communicate with you using this printed Newsletter, I look forward to being in active e-contact through our new Swiss Life Network Blog, which launches in April.
Smartphones and tablets help us all to work more efficiently, but we believe that personal interaction will always remain vital – and we intend to continue building a strong and lasting relationship with you in future as well. So I’m looking forward enormously to meeting you in person, either in Flims or in your own country, during this very special anniversary year.
