Annual General Meeting
 
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders is Swiss Life Holding's supreme executive body.

It usually takes place in May, but at the latest six months after the end of the financial year.

Before the meeting, each registered shareholder receives a personal invitation and a detailed agenda. The agenda is also published in various media and on the internet.

In exercising voting rights, no shareholder can collect more than 10% of the total share capital directly or indirectly in respect of his/her own shares and those he/she represents.
