Financial targets for 2012
The new financial objectives underscore the commitment to profitable growth and the efficient use of capital. Swiss Life has set itself the following goals to be achieved by 2012:
  • to grow earnings per share by an annual rate of at least 12%
  • to achieve a sustainable return on equity of 12% or more
  • 40% to 60% of the profit is to be distributed to shareholders every year
