Michael “Joe” Keller is still in the middle of his further training. The Actuarial Service Head is doing a correspondence course as actuary with the German Actuarial Society (DAV). For a long while he didn’t give training any thought, until one day he realised that something was missing from his life. His way out of a crisis did not involve the usual motorcycle purchase, but rather an investment in his own employability.
