At today's Annual General Meeting of SwissLife Holding Ltd, shareholders approved all resolutions proposed by the Board of Directors. A distribution of CHF8.50 per share will be made from the capital contribution reserve.
Approximately 1026 shareholders attended the General Meeting at the Hallenstadion in Zurich. Overall, 15.43 million of voting rights (48.09% of the share capital) were represented.
For the 2015 financial year, the Board of Directors proposed a withholding tax-free distribution to shareholders out of the capital contribution reserve of CHF8.50 per registered share. This was approved by the General Meeting and will be paid with value date 2 May 2016.
The General Meeting confirmed Rolf Dörig as Chairman of the Board of Directors and confirmed the other Board members for an extra term of office of one year each.
