Today, Swiss Life Holding Ltd successfully raised CHF 425 million debt through the issuance of a CHF public bond dual tranche transaction, split into a CHF 225 million tranche with a tenor of 6 years and a CHF 200 million tranche with a tenor of 10 years. The unsecured senior bonds bear coupons of 1.125% and 1.875%, respectively. Payment date of the bonds is 21 June 2013. With this transaction, Swiss Life takes advantage of the currently favourable conditions in the capital markets.
