Hannes Bühler, 41, with a degree in business administration, has been appointed as the new head of the real estate management company Livit AG. Samuel Gerber, current head of Livit AG, shall leave the company in amity at the end of February 2002. He was charged with several successful mergers, including the integration of Uto Albis, and was able to position the Livit trade mark as a client-oriented real estate management company in the Swiss real estate market.
In the past five years, Hannes Bühler built up MIBAG Property + Facility Management, which now has a total of 680 employees. He was responsible for the real estate outsourcing mandate of Credit Suisse Group and Winterthur Insurance. Furthermore, Hannes Bühler is a lecturer at various technical colleges. He is in charge of heading Livit AG as of today.
