Henkel was recently honoured in the “Good Company Ranking 2007” for its sustainable operations and social responsibility. The company took second place in the European Corporate Social Responsibility rating of Europe’s 120 biggest companies.
The jury recognized Henkel for its “successful staffing policy and future-oriented ecological and social engagement, which is reflected positively in corporate governance and profitability.” Some 120 of the largest European companies were evaluated for the ranking in various categories: human resources management, environmental management, corporate citizenship and financial performance.
