Swiss Life Asset Managers is a leading institutional real estate investor in Europe*, with CHF 89.5 billion of a total volume of CHF 288.3 billion in assets under management invested in real estate. In addition, Swiss Life Asset Managers has real estate under administration of CHF 24.5 billion through its subsidiarie Livit in Switzerland. Total real estate under management as of 31 December 2025 thus stood at CHF 114.0 billion.
