100 employees visit 100 customers:
Sebastian Zinke, Professional footballer
visited by Manuela Filip, Trainee commercial employee in insurance and finance, Swiss Life Germany
The customer:
Sebastian Zinke, born in 1985, has been a defender at Fortuna Köln for the past two years and has been a professional footballer for nine years, having previously played at RW Essen and Wuppertaler SV. He was born in Kassel - as was his wife who is expecting their first child in October 2014. They both want to stay in Cologne when his football career is over. Then Zinke can see himself going into insurance.
The employee:
Manuela Filip, 22, is in her second year of training at Swiss Life in Munich. She took a break from her Business Administration course to experience working life. She enjoys having fun with her friends and bouldering is her favourite sport. As a dyed-in-the-wool "Müncherin" (person from Munich), she is obviously a Bayern fan, however she still greatly enjoyed her day at Fortuna in Cologne.
The project:
Customers play the leading role in the “100 employees visit 100 customers” campaign. Until the end of 2015, Swiss Life is giving 100 employees, who have no customer contact in their day-to-day work, the opportunity to get to know a customer.
