The Swiss Life Group has signed an agreement for a syndicated credit facility totalling EUR 500 million with an international banking consortium.
The facility has a maturity of three years and forms part of the Group’s active capital and liquidity management. It also relates to the bond redemption of EUR 300 million (2004-2008) on 30 June 2008.
