In response to additional investor demand Swiss Life Ltd has reopened its recently issued hybrid bond by issuing an additional amount of CHF 75 million. The bond will be fungible with the existing Swiss franc undated subordinated bond issued on 4 April 2011. The coupon is set at 5.25% until the bond’s first call date in October 2016.The settlement is expected to take place on 20 June 2011.
