The Articles of Association set out the rights and obligations of the company and of its shareholders.

The Articles of Association must contain provisions with regard to the company, to its registered office and purpose, and to the amount of its share capital and of the allocations made thereto, as well as to the number, par value and type of shares, convocation of the General Meeting and voting rights of shareholders. Furthermore, such provisions must pertain to the company’s administrative bodies and auditing instances, and to the type of communications issues by the company.
